Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, altered, or exchanged.📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, or during delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit if appropriate. Proof of damage (photos) may be required.👍 Your Satisfaction Matters
