Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, altered, or exchanged.π¦ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
